Conference & Catering Conditions

  • You are only allowed to bring in your cake and decorating person.
  • Music Set with DJ is $25,000 GYD + VAT.
  • Music must be played at a moderate level. The music volume must be turned off at 11:30 p.m. when requested by the Manager.
  • Any damages occuring during the event by the guests will incur a cost.
  • No guest is allowed to bring alcoholic beverages.
  • A bar and buffet station will be available.
  • Our closing time is 12:00 a.m (midnight) and you are expected to adhere with the hotel policy to shut down at this time.

Payment Terms

  • You are required to make a 50% deposit in order to confirm your booking.
  • The outstanding 50% must be paid at least 3 days before the event.
  • All rates are subject to 16% VAT tax.
  • Our exchange rate is $195 GYD to $1 USD.
  • Please note should a reservation be cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply:
    1. No cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
    2. 50% cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
    3. 100% cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival or no show.
